This is where Crmble was born (yeah, you can go ahead and click the link and check it out… I’ll wait), and I was invited to join the team and help with marketing and product consulting. Now, a Trello board really could be just as good as any other CRM tool on the market! It solved everything that my workflow was missing, and better yet – it did everything right out of the box. They showed me and I was instantly amazed at the capability of this tool. But there was a need so people do it and it worked!įast forward to a couple months ago, and a team reached out to me telling me they were building a power-up that would turn a Trello board into a CRM and asked if I’d be interested in learning more about it and giving product feedback. So last year I wrote this post for the Trello blog about the ultimate Trello CRM workflow.Īnd while that process was pretty cool and it worked, it’s still a fairly manual build and isn’t exactly comparable to other CRMs you’d find on the market. Over the years, I’ve had many people ask me how to build a CRM in Trello. □ I’m not sure how many readers I have here, but this has always been my place to chronicle all the cool things I’m finding in Trello, so I’ll keep it going by showing you the latest and greatest in Trello. I’ve written about this everywhere else, so it was high time I wrote about it here on my own blog.
